¿Hay nuevas opiniones sobre hobbydirekt?

Buenas días.
Ante todo agradecer que existe este foro al cual hace tiempo que no escribo, pero que es de gran ayuda.

Hace unos días he comprado por internet en esta tienda http://www.hobbyDirekt.de, y he visto algunos mensajes en Miliamperios del año 2005 que me hacen pensar que me he equivocado y terminaré creando una disputa en PayPal, pero aun así me gustaría conocer si alguien mas ha tenido algún trato con ellos y si son fiables.

Mis investigaciones indican que no es un vendedor muy fiable, sus propios compatriotas hechan pestes de el y como muestra y aviso a navegantes incluyo esto traducido esta mañana.

I would like to tell you about my bad experience with hobbydirekt.de.

06/07/2008 : I order several items from Hobbydirekt (a Graupner glider and some accessories) for an amount of 200 euros, immediately paid using Paypal. Of course, all items were "in stock" when I ordered.

21/07/2008 : my order is not delivered, and now an item appears to be in "small quantity in stock". I decide to contact Hobbydirekt (in English) using its "Kontakt formular" to obtain some informations about delivery time.

Three days later, and still not an answer to this first enquiry.

Using the same contact form, I send others enquiries. I propose differents solutions : to replace missing item by another one in stock, to make a partial delivery, or to cancel the entire order and have a refund of 200 euros.

Still no answer.

25/07/2008 : I contact the vendor using it's "personal" email address marco@*****ow.de.

Meanwhile, all references appear to be in stock.

29/07/2008 : I send a fax (in English) to the vendor "+49 584*-****21".

No answer.

So, the 01/08/2008, I open a dispute on www.paypal.com and on www.euro-label.com.
I request the vendor using the both complaints systems, asking him why he hasn't delivered my order, and why he hasn't answered my requests.

No answer. Frustrating and irritating…

10/08/2008 : Thanks to paypal, I get a refund of my 200 euros. And only at this time, Marco deign to contact me writing "Dear Customer, Order is refunded since you claimed your money on paypal, please have a look at your paypal account. For further orders, please don't order things that are obviously not available. Best Regards Marco".

What a liar… polite, but a bit arrogant… On its website, all items were marked as "in stock" during weeks !!!
(During July, I took several screen captures at different dates showing items in stock).
He has never answered me during all those weeks.


My conclusion :

Avoid doing business with hobbydirekt.de.
Stock information on this website is PURELY FANCIFUL, and Marco will not communicate with you, or eventually to TELLS YOU SOME LIES.
